Morcos Egyptian Engineering Company

MORCOS Egyptian Engineering Company was founded by Eng. Mikhail Morcos. It all started in the summer of 1969 when Mikhail coincidently met with a representative of HAAS in France. At the time, Mikhail was still a student at Cairo University studying mechanical engineering. Mikhail spoke English, French and Arabic fluently and had the technical and communication skills which made him a potentially successful partner for expanding HAAS's business in Egypt. After a series of successful deals in Egypt, HAAS granted Mikhail the agency for selling their machinery as well as producing certain capacity wafer production lines in Egypt, Sudan and other territories.
